Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a preset pack has been downloaded or accessed.
Every Quantum Presets pack is carefully built, tested and prepared to give producers instant access to high-quality sounds, presets and creative tools. Because these products are delivered digitally and cannot be returned in the traditional sense, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, or compatibility issues where the required plugin or software is not owned by the customer.
Please make sure you read the product description and system requirements carefully before purchasing. Each product page clearly states which plugin is required, such as Xfer Serum 2 or Kilohearts Phase Plant, along with any relevant compatibility information.
That said, we want every producer to have a smooth experience. If you are having trouble downloading, installing or accessing your pack, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Refunds may be considered only if:
✔️ You purchased the same product twice by mistake
✔️ You were charged incorrectly
✔️ The download link is faulty and we are unable to provide a working replacement
✔️ The product delivered is significantly different from the product description
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-refundable situations include:
✔️ You bought the wrong product
✔️ You do not own the required plugin
✔️ The presets are not compatible with your software version
✔️ You changed your mind after purchase
✔️ You no longer need the product
✔️ You expected the product to work in a different plugin, sampler or DAW
Quantum Presets is built for producers who care about sound, culture and workflow. We will always try to support genuine issues, but due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot be guaranteed once a product has been accessed.
