Digital Products
Quantum Presets sells digital preset packs, sound design tools, and related downloadable products for music producers.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.
It is your responsibility to make sure you own the required software before purchasing. Product pages will clearly state which plugin or software is required, such as Xfer Serum 2 or Kilohearts Phase Plant.
We are not responsible if you purchase a product without owning the required plugin, software, DAW, or compatible version needed to use it.
Product Usage Licence
When you purchase or download a Quantum Presets product, you are granted a licence to use the sounds, presets and included files in your own music productions.
You may use Quantum Presets products in commercial and non-commercial music releases, including tracks, remixes, sample-based compositions, film, TV, games, social content and other creative projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, repackage, give away or claim ownership of any Quantum Presets product, preset, sample, file, pack or part of a pack.
You may not use our products to create competing preset packs, sample packs, sound libraries, stock sound collections or downloadable products without written permission from Quantum Presets.
In simple terms: use the sounds in your music — don’t redistribute the pack.
Free Downloads and VIP Subscriber Products
Some products may be offered as free downloads, VIP subscriber exclusives, promotional products or limited-access packs.
Free products are still owned by Quantum Presets and remain protected by the same usage licence as paid products.
You may use the sounds in your own music, but you may not resell, share, upload, redistribute or repackage the original files.
VIP subscriber products may require an email sign-up, access code or subscriber status. We reserve the right to change, remove or update free products, VIP products, access codes and promotions at any time.
Purchases and Payment
All prices are shown on the website and may be changed at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the website. This may include orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, unauthorised, or in breach of these Terms of Service.

Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
